The award was introduced in assemblies to Y9 and Y10 in the summer term. Full information will be sent out via email in September 2023 with sign up, including payment, in October. There is general information on the DofE website https://www.dofe.org/
Y9 Bronze Award: open to all learners.
Y10 Silver Award: open to all learners, even if they have not done Bronze. Expeditions are likely to be an Open Expedition which joins with other schools or community groups.
VI Form can do Bronze, Silver or Gold. Many of the enrichment activities arranged through school can also count towards your DofE Award, as long as it is for an hour each week. Expeditions are likely to be an Open Expedition which joins with other school or community groups.
